Biggs of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in East Lyme, Connecticut, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon O. Hamel and Mary Margaret Hamel (Diamond). He is survived by: his wife Marion Biggs (Landa); his sons, Michael Biggs, Stephen Biggs (Jodie) and Kenneth Biggs (Kathy Crowley); and his sister Helen Carol Carrano. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
