He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Mellor Jr. and Lorraine Mellor (Dalton); his siblings, Sandra Mellor and Scott Mellor; his brother-in-law Donald Sirois; and his nephews, Jared Sirois (Mellor) and John David Horta.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Mellor (Sugrue); his daughters, Jean Mellor and Jody Dube (Adam); his grandchildren, Domenic, Josephine and Henry; and his sisters, Christine Sirois (Mellor) and Bonny Pappacoda (Mellor). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the VFW Post 591 (23 Prince St, Wallingford, CT 06492).
