She was predeceased by: her parents, William Varney and Reta Varney (Dewitt); and her siblings, Fred, Maurice Varney, Delores Watson and Barbara Grass.
She is survived by: her husband Arnold Tuck; her children, Arnie Tuck (Vickie) of Wallingford and Kelly DiStassio (Alan) of Milford; her sister Georgia Young; her grandchildren, Joshua Tuck (Kristen Erdos), Alyssa Sabean (Brad), Jack and Ben DiStassio; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Henry and Jessa Sabean; and her caregiver Gerri. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Masonicare Charity Foundation of Connecticut in Gerri's memory.
