She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Picard of Wallingford, CT; and her parents, Edward Ryan and Grace Ryan (Naples). She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl (Jeffrey Cleaves) of Canton and Karen (Scott Condo) of Madison; her grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Collin Cleaves, Allison and Scott Condo; and her sister Lucille Lagana of Meriden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
