Helen M. Dudek Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen M. Dudek of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Mierzejewski and Wanda Mierzejewski (Kloskowski); her brothers, Edward and Robert Mierzejewski; and her friend Florence Flanigan.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane "Dee" Dyer (Kathy McShane) of Wallingford and Joanne "Jo" Dudek (Jan Novak) of Natick, MA; her grandchildren, Kristi Dyer, Jay and Helen Dyer; her great grandchildren, Emily and Jacob "Jake" Dyer; and her siblings, Frances Jedynak of Wethersfield and Leonard Mierzejewski of Meriden. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.

She also donated her time each year at the parish's annual carnival as a booth captain.
