He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Henry Jacob Rotman and Olive Fritz Rotman; his brothers, Kent G. Rotman (Betsy Simone) and Neil Rotman (Carol Cowan); his siblings' children, Constance Kelley, Hank Rotman and Billy Kelley; and his foster son Hieu Trinh.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Jeffery Rotman (late Bernie Miner) of Coventry, CT, Jeffery Fritz Rotman (Dawn) and Kent Henry Rotman (Susan) of Seymour, CT; his foster son Dung Chau; his grandchildren, Tracy Rotman (Catherine), Christopher Rotman, Trevor Rotman and Jaelyn Rotman; and his sister Nancy Lee Duffy (late Robert Duffy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
