He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Bower and Susan Digiulio Bower; and his sister Joyce Lord. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Richardson Bower; his sons, Eric Bower (Sharon) and Michael Bower (Bob Inderbitzen); and his grandchildren, Christopher Bower, Emily Farnsworth and Victoria Bower.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to either St. Judes Children Hospital or Tunnel to Towers.
