It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack White (Wallingford, Connecticut), born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on August 9, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George White and Dorothy Nelson White. He is survived by: his children, Christine Farkash (Joseph) and Mike White (Torrie); his grandchildren, Samantha, Joseph Farkash, Mark and Katelyn White; and his former wife Wilma White.
