Jacqueline Rose Mitchell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2025, Jacqueline Rose Mitchell (Wallingford, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles S. Mitchell; and her parents, Allison Gavette Howe and Mary Dwyer Howe. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Read (Bill); her grandchildren, Allison Wall (Kevin), Kelly Cook (Derek), Patrick Read (Elyssa Barretto), Teagan, Abaigeal and Colin Wall; her nieces, Eileen Anderson Vertucci, Tamara Bober, Sheree Cotrona and Mary Kesilewski; and her caregiver Marlo.
At age 16 in Business Economics Class, she wrote her Philosophy of Life: "To live and let live, to start each day with new hope and courage, to have trust in God and myself; to see the beauty each day in the rising and setting of the sun and to appreciate all the beauty in nature."In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to Army's Legacy Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc., 647 Horse Hill Road, Westbrook, CT 06498.
