He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Peracchio and Mary Peracchio (Lugnie); his former wife Elizabeth Peracchio (Mesinti); and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Peracchio; and his children, Marybeth Danby (Kevin), James, Michael Peracchio (Corinne), David (Tracy) and Richard Gade (Wendy). He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
