With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James M Harkins of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harkins and Agnes Harkins (Coupas). He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his siblings, Patricia Hare (Ira) and Tom Harkins (Trish); his parents-in-law, Lorna Thibeault (Dick), Gail Stegos (Charlie) and Ron Manzi (Margaret); and his aunt Josephine Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers his family asks that donations be sent to the Wallingford VFW Post 591, 23 Prince St. Wallingford, CT 06492.
