He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hoffman (Rusate); his son Gavin Hoffman; his parents, Sharon Tackett and James Hoffman (Rebecca); his siblings, Tammi Cowell (Robert), Tonya Weisend (Scott), Rosemary Bright, Terry Tackett, Wes Bright and Brian Bright; his grandfather Roy Campbell (Kay); and his parents-in-law, Steven and Susan DeBaise.
