It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn C. Wanat of Wallingford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Fucci and Marion "Mi Mi" Dringoli Fucci; and her sister Judyth Parks-Harris. She is survived by: her husband Michael P. Wanat; her sons, Bryan M. Wanat (Christine), Travis M. Wanat (Christine) and Chad M. Wanat (Sharan); her granddaughter Behla; her niece Courtney Beth Parks Billings (Jeffrey Billings); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney and Phoenix.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (115 Pond Hill Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492).
