He was predeceased by: his parents, Istvan Czentnar and Maria Czentnar (Orosz); and his brother Imre Czentnar. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph J. Czentnar Jr. (Debbie) of Wallingford, Stephen Czentnar (Maureen) of Middletown and John Czentnar (Liza) of Hyde Park, NY; his siblings, Istvan Czentnar of Hungary, Mary Gombar of Hungary, Anne Pelyhe of Hungary and Elizabeth Toth of Hungary; his grandchildren, Brittany Hansen, Andrea Czentnar, Crystalin Czentnar, John Czentnar Jr., Jolene Czentnar and Cassandra Czentnar; and his great grandchildren, Declan Hansen, Michael Jr., Coby Uhlman and Riley Czentnar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
