She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. M. and Marion Donnelly (Kerr); her son Matthew Kazmerzyk; the mother of her child Michele Gerace; and her siblings, Joseph Donnelly and Laurena Spry.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Jordan Molyneux (David Wall), Karsyn Molyneux, Gabryella Gerace and Arya Gerace; and her sister-in-law Caroline Carlin (Peter). She is also survived by her loving niece and nephews.
