He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gannon and Loraine Uhen Gannon; his brother Denis Gannon; his in-laws, Vincent and Mary Scalesse; and his brother-in-law Charles Scalesse.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Scalesse Gannon; his children, Edward P. Gannon (Theresa) of Meriden, David V. Gannon (Nadine) of Wallingford and Kelly G. Franceskino (Tony) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Rose Gannon, Barbara Gannon (Brandon), Kayla Gannon (Nick), Jenna Gannon (Robert), Gianna Gannon, Monica Vumbaco (Rob) and Melissa Franceskino; his great grandchild Geoffrey Brys; his brothers, Michael Gannon (Evelyn), Timothy Gannon (Eileen) and Patrick Gannon (Janet); his sisters-in-law, Cathleen Gannon and Patricia Scalesse; and his pet Marmalade. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, extended family.
