With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Spiess Valenti (Wallingford, Connecticut), who passed away on January 17, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Valenti Jr.; her parents, Ernest Spiess and Irene Spiess (Summerson); her sister Linda Blasco; and her brother-in-law John Elengo.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, David Blasco and Phyllis Valenti Elengo; her nephew Daniel Blasco (Kim); her nieces, Melissa Walden, Christina Fournier (Eric) and Andrea Elengo; her caregiver Charmaine Rattray; Keeley and Brian Dunleavy. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
