She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald David and Emma Jane Gesner (Lee); and her sister Martha Ann Warren (Gesner). She is survived by : her husband Dr. Francisco J. Pimentel; her children, Elisabeth Pokrinchak (Frank), David Pimentel and Daniel Pimentel (Annie); her grandsons, Nicholas Pimentel, Alexander Pimentel and Sebastian Pokrinchak; her sister Evelyn Coogan (Gesner); and her niece Christina McCool (Warren).

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Church (84 N Colony St, Wallingford, CT 06492).
