She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bates and Elma Bates (Kuhn). She is survived by: her husband Robert Hill of Wallingford; her children, Andre Normandin of New Mexico and Michelle Hair (Norman) of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Ryan Hair (Madeline Sadlowski) of Cheshire and Allison Hair (Zachery Lucente) of Southington; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Josephine Hair and Kensington Lucente.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the B. C. Bailey Funeral Home (273 S Elm St, Wallingford, CT 06492).
