He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Saltarelli and Rose Saltarelli Sr. (Anzalone); and his wife Carol Ann Saltarelli (Iroio). He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Saltarelli III (Kimberly) of Wallingford and Victor Kohutka of Maine; his grandchildren, Angelo Saltarelli, Brandon Saltarelli, Krystal Kohutka and Raymond Kohutka; and his great grandchild Scott Robinson.
