He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Lesnieski and Mary Fronczak Lesnieski; and his sister Alexandra M. Germano. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Rocky" Barraco Lesnieski; his children, Paul Jason Lesnieski and Lisa Lesnieski Tsolis (Mike Shook); his granddaughter Ava Mae Tsolis; his siblings, Daniel F. Lesnieski and Marcia H. Colandro (Pat); and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and his faithful companion.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Foundation or American Heart Association.
