Keithly III and Jennifer Ann Perrin; her grandchildren, Mason Christian Perrin Woodard and Sophie Aniela Perrin; and her brothers, Philip Hax (Barbara Hax) and David Hax (Rosemary Hax). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
