He was predeceased by: his parents, Romeo Noel and Catherine (Thibedeau). He is survived by: his wife Helen C. Hanecak Noel of Wallingford; his children, Jeffrey Noel and Karen Dunlevy; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Kent and Maxin.
