He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Dorsey and Madeline Dorsey (Morris); his siblings, Kenneth Dorsey and Lorraine Eylward (Dorsey); and his brother-in-law Raymond Eylward.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dorsey (Nolan); his children, Ryne Dorsey (Christine) of Wallingford, Randi Dorsey (JoAnn) of Wallingford and Lisanne Barlow (Christopher) of Wolcott; his grandchildren, Ian Dorsey, Shealyn Barlow, Jason Barlow, Nicole Dorsey and Noah Dorsey; and his sister-in-law Bernice Dorsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
