She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Heilman; her parents, Hays Harrison and Elenora Garner Harrison; and her son Steven Christopher Heilman. She is survived by: her children, Gene Heilman of North Haven, Cheryl Heilman and Mary Lynn Connelly-Sawicki (Edmund) of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Douglas Jr., Robert Connelly, Danielle Mosier (Charlie), Andrew (Nikki) and Nicole Heilman; and her great grandchildren, Douglas Connelly III, Logan Christopher Heilman and Kye Matthew Heilman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruby's name to the First Congregational Church of Wallingford, 23 S. Main Street.
