She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene D. Frazier and Mildred Frazier (Browning); and her sister Patricia A. O'Brien. She is survived by: her children, Chris J. Cornaglia II of Wallingford and Melissa M. Cornaglia of Hartford; her grandchildren, Cha-Cha and Gage; and her siblings, Vincent A. Rondinone, Lorraine C. Stojak (Walter) and Cynthia A. Frazier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in Sandra's memory.
