He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Celmer and Inez Suffredini Celmer. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Averinova Celmer; his daughter Veronica S. Celmer; his brother Marc A. Celmer; and his pets, Sassy and Rascal.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Memoriam Cemetery (18 Maplewood Ave, Wallingford, CT 06492).
