He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clow and Florence Clow (Pizzimenti); and his brother-in-law Edward Hills. He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Wells (Clow) and Casee Clow (Jonathan); his wife Diane Clow (Bates); his granddaughter Norah Grace; and his siblings, Linda Hills, June Finn (Michael) and David Yakum (Cathie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
