Viola Murray Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on June 28, 2025, at the age of 95, Viola Murray of Wallingford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Viola may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Viola touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Murray; her parents, Francesco DiGioia and Stella Logioco DiGioia; and her siblings, Emelia Lyons, Orlando, Jeannette, Adeline, Silvio, Robert and Edward DiGioia.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverlee Beckley (Robert); and her grandchildren, James DiElsi, Michelle Cordova (Frank) and Michael DiElsi. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephew.
