We announce the death of Albert H. Crochet of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 92. Albert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his spouse Natalina A. "Natalie" Crochet (Terni); his parents, Nicholas Crochet and Anna Crochet (Ambrozaitis); his sister Margaret Kontout; his brother-in-law Nicholas Terni; and his sons-in-law, Glenn Doucette, Sr. and Michael Colangelo.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Crochet-Colangelo, Susan Crochet-Smith, Patricia Hinrichs (Robert), Peter Crochet, Sr. and Lisa Crochet-Doucette; his grandchildren, Ricky LeCuyer (Teresa Markowich), Albert LeCuyer (Sarah), Nick LeCuyer (Alyssa), Matthew LeCuyer (Anna), Patrick Smith (Brittany Rogers), Mandi Hinrichs, Derek Hinrichs, Jon Hinrichs, Katherine Maldonado (Alex), Peter Crochet, Jr., Anna Doucette, Alana Doucette and Glenn Doucette; his great grandchildren, Hailie, Aria Aponte, Chloe, Piper Plevka, Justin Wilson, Jaxxon, Sawyer, Saylor LeCuyer, Jayden Meek, Ezra, Anthony LeCuyer, Jacob, Grace and Michael Maldonado; his great great grandchild Jasper Barriault; and his children-in-law, Richard LeCuyer, Mike Smith and Stacy Crochet.
