Alton Jones Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 3, 2026, at the age of 71, Alton Jones of Waterbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alton may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arguster Percy and Helen Jones (Williams); and his siblings, William Earl Jones, David Jones, Mack McKinley Jones, Carrie Bundy Jones, Annie Jones and Alice Ruth Fleming.
He is survived by: his goddaughter Kimaya Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
