It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony M. Ponzillo (Waterbury, Connecticut), who passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Ponzillo and Carmella "Minnie" Ponzillo (Croce); and his siblings, Alphonse, Michael and Gloria.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ponzillo (Dwyer); his children, Mark and Melissa; and his grandchildren, Julia and James. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
