She was predeceased by: her husband Donato Paternostro; her parents, Salvatore Fusco and Diomira Fusco (Iannicelli); and her siblings, Salvatore Fusco Jr. and Rosaria "Rose" Calvano.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stella Barbieri (John L. Barbieri) and Donna Costanzo (William Costanzo) of Titusville, NJ; her siblings, Antonio Fusco (Roxanne) of Watertown, Mario Fusco (Connie) of Middlebury, Michela Sforza of Waterbury and Nicolina Soucy of Colchester, CT.; and her grandchildren, John A. Barbieri, Michael Barbieri (Heather Price), Danielle Costanzo and Nicholas Costanzo. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chase Parkway Memorial (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708).
