He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvile Leonard and Aileen Leonard (Book). He is survived by: his sister Aundra Hirschthal (Elton "Sandy" Turek) of Simsbury; and his nephews, Stephen Hirschthal of Parrish, FL and Ryan Hirschthal (Sarah) of Weston.
