He is survived by: his wife Irini Spanakos; his children, Manolis Spanakos (Amy) of Southbury, CT, Michael Spanakos of Texas, Peter Spanakos of Greece and Angela Spanakos (Kim) of Wynantskill, NY; his grandson Alex Spanakos of Texas; and his siblings, John Spanakos (Pamela) of Stamford, CT, Zoe Spanakos of Greece and Elias Spanakos (Elleni) of Greece. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
