He is survived by: his wife Maria Rojas; his sons, Juan and Orlando Collazo; his siblings, Ada Collazo Burgos, Angel R Collazo Burgos, Enrique Collazo Burgos, Angel M. Collazo Burgos, Maria M. Collazo Burgos, Jacinta Collazo Burgos, Maritza Collazo Burgos, Noelia Collazo Burgos, Hirem Collazo Burgos and Geraldo Collazo Burgos; his grandchildren, Jayden, Jaslene and Layla; and his close friends, Tony and Ivy Arroyo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
