It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmen Vargas of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her friend Miguel Vargas; her children, Emanuel Vargas (Manny), Jose Vargas (Che) and Anaisa Vargas (Isha); her stepchildren, Michael Vargas and Melissa Vargas; her daughters-in-law, Danielle Vargas and Kristiann Vargas; and her siblings, Evelyn Gonzalez, Miriam Gonzalez, Juan Carlos Santiago, Jesus Luciano (Chino), Haydee Santiago, Ely Gonzalez, Jose Santiago, Oscar Gonzalez and William Gonzalez. She is also survived by her 18 grand children.
We continue to remain very concerned about the ongoing pandemic so masks will be required during all indoor services whether you are vaccinated or not..
