She was predeceased by: her parents, Tobias Bannon and Catherine Bannon (Rafter); and her siblings, Tobias, James, John, Reverend Joseph Bannon, Mary Waters and Eileen Turek.
She is survived by: her husband James O'Hara; her children, Mary C. O'Hara of Waterbury and Dr. James M O'Hara (Catherine) of Southington; her grandchildren, Katelyn M. Schmitt (Matthew) of New Jersey, Kristen A. O'Hara of New York and James R. O'Hara (Jennifer) of Vernon; and her great grandchildren, Fiona and Maeve Schmitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
