She was predeceased by: her husband Edward A. Dunn; her parents, Anthony Picini and Angelina Picini (Sabia); and her sisters, Florence Lawson and Mary DiGiacimo.

She is survived by: her niece Barbara Obman of Waterbury. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Cecelia's name to: Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center 1075 Chase Parkway.
