It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Tanguay of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecile Tanguay to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzear Sr. Gelinas and Alberta Gelinas (Matteau); and her siblings, Louis G. Gelinas and Jeanne Fortunati. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Tanguay (Jennifer Lent), Robert Tanguay (Tina) and Rosemarie Hughes (George); her grandchildren, Jonathan Tanguay, George Hughes IV, Amber Tanguay, Ryan Hughes, Caden Hughes and Autum Tanguay; and her brother Elzear Gelinas Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
