He was predeceased by: his parents, John MacDonald and Dorothy MacDonald; and his brother John William MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Ann Williams MacDonald; his sister-in-law Evelyn Lawson of Waterbury; his nephew Johnnie MacDonald of Texas; his godsons, Joey Jaynes and Rene Cunningham; and his nieces, Sheila Williams Graham and Deirdra Williams Mallory.
