He is survived by: his parents, Efrain Hernandez and Mercedes Ramos; his children, Brenna Callands (Tyrell Callands), David Hernandez Jr. and Isaiah Hernandez; his significant other Lindsay Masanotti; his grandchildren, Aziah Callands and Nehemyah Callands; and his siblings, Yvette Lopez, Nancy Lopez, Antonio Hernandez, Efrain Hernandez and Ismael Hernandez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
