It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah J. Noel of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph and Betty Jean Gannon (Simmons). She is survived by: her husband Lawrence E. Noel, III of Waterbury; her daughters, Becki Lebel (Herman, Jr.) of Prospect and Staci Noel (Fernando Ramirez) of Waterbury; her grandchildren, Nathan, Charlotte, Avery and Remy; her siblings, Joseph Gannon (Lynne) of Cheshire, William Gannon (Gloria) of Waterbury, Sean Gannon (David Nicol) of Thomaston, Timothy Gannon of Waterbury, Michael Gannon (Kathleen) of Woodbury, Guy Gannon (Nadine) of Conway, NC, Kelly Kerski (Kenneth) of Waterbury, Mary Lou Lavoie (Bob) of Bristol, Karen Parsell (Jim) of Southbury and Patricia Gannon (Ashley Roberts) of Winsted; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Whitney of Farmington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
