We announce the death of Diane Geigle (Waterbury, Connecticut), who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 78. Diane will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Rainville and Madeline Rainville (O'Neill); her husband Francis W. Geigle; her siblings, Frederick Rainville and Patricia Elsdon; and her brother-in-law David Beck.
She is survived by: her sons, Francis P. Geigle of Newington and John A. Geigle (Natalie) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Alexander, Brendan, Kiernan and Aedan; and her sister-in-law Patricia Beck of Waterbury. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members and beloved friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
