With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Jacques (Waterbury, Connecticut), who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dorothy Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dorothy Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband David E. Jacques; her parents, James O'Loughlin and Margaret O'Loughlin (George); and her brother James J. O'Loughlin Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Christine Jaffer (Frank), Matthew David Jacques (Jill) and Jane Jacques; and her grandchildren, Nicholas and Andrea Jacques of Thomaston.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Thomas Church (1 E Main St, Thomaston, CT 06787). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Pine Grove Cemetery (850 Meriden Rd, Waterbury, CT 06705).
