He is survived by: his cousins, Kim Nadeau of Pengrove, CA, Ross Nadeau of Mill Valley, CA, John Tompkins, Ron, Tom Tompkins and Chris Tompkins of St Petersburg, FL; and his caregivers, Jim Copes, Monika LaBelle, Janis Copes and Richard White.
