She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sweigart and Lillie Sweigart (Hertzog). She is survived by: her husband John Schindewolf; her children, Marc Schindewolf and Karin Arai; her brother Harold Sweigart; and her grandsons, Evan Schindewolf, Quentin Arai and Parker Arai.
