She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene OBrien; her parents, William Lackey and Elizabeth "Ethel" Lackey (Dillon); and her daughter Bernice Burgio. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Robert OBrien (Cassandra), Kyra Coelho (Todd), Shelby Lee, Kevin Burgio (Amanda), Amy Wright, Raymond Bushey (Ashley) and Krystle Bushey; and her close friend John Bly Jr.. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
