She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Burke and Lyman Burke of Watertown, CT.; her husband Peter Van Arx of Watertown; her son-in-law Thomas Sesko; and her great grandchild Adam.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Smith (Vinnie Brutz) of Gaylordsville and Donna Sesko of Conshohocken, PA; her grandchildren, Jessica Quinty (Donald), Justine Sesko, Arline Rice (Michael) and Thomas Sesko (Meghan Minehan); her great grandchildren, Douglas, Jillian, Zachary, Oliver and Lydia; her sister Jennie Atkins (Charlie) of Ashford; and her niece Erica Baker (William) of Ashford.
