He was predeceased by: his father Felix Vargas. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Vargas (Negron-Robles); his mother Elba Vargas (Torres); his children, Felix Vargas of Waterbury, Maria of Waterbury, Nancy of Waterbury, Daisy of Waterbury and Stephanie Vargas of Waterbury; his stepchildren, Suleika Montanez, Milady Montanez, Berto Montanez and Jonathan Montanez; his sister Maribel Vargas; and his niece Maribel Ferrer. He is also survived by many grandchildren, brothers.
